Tuition fees are charged on a monthly basis, the amount of which depends on the number of days/classes that the child will attend according to the UCM School Calendar. 2. Tuition fees are non-refundable. 3. Enrolment is offered on a first-come-first-served basis. UCM Academy has the final decision in the allotment of places in all classes. 4. For newly registered students, allotment of places is only confirmed upon full payment of tuition fee for the first month. 5. For current students, allotment of places for the following month is only confirmed upon full payment of tuition fee by the 15th of the current month. 6. Where a student is unable to attend a music class due to sickness, provided that a doctor’s permit is submitted to the Academy Office within the week following the absence, the tuition fee paid in respect of that class will be applied towards the tuition fee to be paid for the same course in the next month. 7. Where a class is cancelled due to extreme weather (e.g. if typhoon signal number 8 or above or a black rainstorm signal is in force within 2 hours prior to the commencement time of the class), UCM Academy will endeavour to schedule a make-up class subject to the availability of the instructor, failing which the tuition fee paid in respect of that class will be applied towards tuition fee for the next month. 8. The maximum class size for each class is 8 families. 9. ONE parent / guardian is required to accompany the child for attending the playgroup; except for Music Wonderland Level 3 Playgroup Programme, ONE parent / guardian is required to accompany the child for ONLY the first and last lessons of each month. Parent / guardian will not be invited to accompany the child for the remaining classes in the month. 10. Tuition fee is exclusive of Digital Home Materials from Kindermusik. An extra fee of $100 per month will be charged for purchasing the Digital Home Materials per month. Purchase of Digital Home Materials is compulsory for all Kindermusik classes. NameSubmit
